1. Products & Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), per cubic metre, excluding VAT (15%). The total including VAT is calculated at ordering. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed and paid orders are honoured at the quoted price.

2. Minimum Order

Minimum recommended order is 10 m³. Orders below 10 m³ attract a surcharge of R100/m³ for additional handling and transport.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required before dispatch.
  • Pay via PayFast (card, instant EFT, SnapScan) on our website, or via direct EFT.
  • For direct EFT, proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email before processing.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Pretoria and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery is typically within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or vehicle availability.
  • The customer must ensure the site is accessible for our vehicles.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are not possible once sand has been delivered and offloaded.
  • If not delivered within 3 business days of the confirmed date, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Wrong product or quantity: notify us within 24 hours for correction or refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Cancellation

  • Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Quality

Sand is supplied directly from our mine. Natural products may vary slightly in colour and texture between batches. This is normal and not a defect.

8. Privacy

We collect your details solely for order processing and delivery, in compliance with POPIA (Act 4 of 2013). We do not share your information with third parties except for payment processing and delivery.
